2. Define what you want to achieve
Next, we agree objectives with you so you can measure results. To be effective, these need to be SMART – Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Realistic and Time scaled.

3. Plan your strategy
We’ll then outline a marketing strategy including a profile of your target markets and the mix of the “6 P’s” (Product, Price, People, Promotion, Place and Positioning).

4. Make it happen
Each strategy is split into what needs to be done and by when, who will do it, costs and what will the measurable projected outcome will be.

5. Monitor & Review Progress
We’ll also help you review results to ensure things are on target and give advice on modifying plans where necessary.

6. Evaluate Results
You’ll want to measure outcomes, so we analyse results to see what went well and what needs improving to give you valuable information for your next project.
